When I sit at a stop light, I can feel a gentle bump or knock or something. I am not really sure of what it is. Ignition? thanks, big tex

Might be dirty injectors. I have a 91 305 tbi. I had the same problem, put some gumout octane booster/fuel injector cleaner in my gas tank...10 minutes later had a cleaner idle and the car accelerated much much better, with a lot more sound to it too. Shouldve cleaned the injectors right when i bought the car

You may just want to check th compression in each cylinder if the injector cleaner doesn't work.
Then you may want to replace the ignition control module in the distributor if the compression is good and the module has never been changed and you have over 50,000 miles on it. That is just good maintance.
Good Luck!
