I'm really not digging the 750 Edelbrock. You'd probably go A LOT faster with a mechanical Holley. With that combo you should be able to hit mid 12's or faster depending on weight, traction, driving skill.

man you took the words out of my mouth, that carb is cool to cruise town with but a combo like that needs some holley action in its life, take a look at 88irocs set up he has the most complementing set up....................proven power!!!!!!!!!

Yes the 750 it too big and weak. I'd go with a 650 double pumper!! and yes I know I still have an edelbrock too but I can run 13.0 corrected with it and having 2.5 inch exhaust.I am getting my 3 inch catback this week so I expect to be into the 12's.

750 ....Sure a 650 will work fine with your current combo BUT the 750 will give you room to grow and won't hurt a bit.

The 750 Edelbrock is not holding you back. it is neither weak nor too big. Ya just have to bolt it to a real motor.

It will run just as good or better than a holley.

Start with stock jetting .073x.047 rod .113 primary jet
.107 sec jet. The optimum jetting for your car will be real close to this.
