Pro Lightning K1, K2 or K3?
K1: with Hydraulic springs, 1.460" Single w/dampner, 110#@1.800" to .550
K2: with Mechanical springs, 1.460" Dual w/dampner, 135#@1.800" to .600
K3: with Roller springs, 1.540" Dual w/dampner, 190#@1.900" to .660
I don’t wanna go with the K1 because it has single springs. So can I use any of the K2 or the K3? Cam is going to be the LT4 Hot Cam and when If I go with 383 kit im planning to swap it with Com 224/230 so the lift with the 1.6 rockers will be .544

I dont know your answer, get the closest to what your cam manufactuer recomends.
I would never rely on springs that came on a new set of heads. Always buy the springs made for your cam. If you get a new cam, buy the correct springs.

I already have the HOT CAM and planning on the CC 224/230 in the future, some say the K3 is an overkill and will kill my lifters

the k3 kit would be the max for hydraulic lifters and theres no reason to push them if you don't have to. A hot cam in a 350 or xe 274hr in a 383 isn't going to rev much past 6000 so you shouldn't need any bigger springs than whats in the k2 kit. The k2 is what I'm planning on buying in a week or two.
As for replacing springs or buying bare heads they should work fine, but I would never try to run them at the limit, such as with .590 lift on their .600 max lift springs.

It says K2 comes with Mechanical springs, what are Mechanical springs? And can I use them with a Hydraulic cam? If so I’ll get it with the K2.

Mechanical refers to the type of lifter not the spring itself. I would go with the k2 kit for anything hydraulic!
