Lingenfelter 219 Roller Cam Card?
I'm looking for cam card specs for LINGENFELTER'S 219/219-560-560 SBC Roller Cam.
Basically looking for valve spring specs(Installed Height etc)

The cam card won't tell you what your valve spring installed height needs to be. That's a function of the springs, and the lift of the cam they're being used with.

I used to have it around here somewhere. You might find it if you search here or at corvetteforum.
I think the spring pressures were 140 closed at 1.90 installed height and 435 open, but I went with a slightly lighter spring, like 135 closed and 350 open and worked fine.
