Lingenfelter 219 Roller Cam Card?

I'm looking for cam card specs for LINGENFELTER'S 219/219-560-560 SBC Roller Cam.

Basically looking for valve spring specs(Installed Height etc)

Thanks.

The cam card won't tell you what your valve spring installed height needs to be. That's a function of the springs, and the lift of the cam they're being used with.

So, what springs do you have?

I used to have it around here somewhere. You might find it if you search here or at corvetteforum.

I think the spring pressures were 140 closed at 1.90 installed height and 435 open, but I went with a slightly lighter spring, like 135 closed and 350 open and worked fine.

Do you remember which spring you were using?

Thanks.
