Solid Roller Question

A couple of questions:

What all needs changed besides the cam and lifters to convert to solid roller? Also, I'm assuming the valve springs need more seat pressue right? I currently have 1.46" double springs and was wondering if they'll work. Thanks.

Converting to solid roller requires: the cam, solid roller lifters, springs to match the cam, cam button and of course lashing the valves. While your springs will work, you might not see the full power that a solid roller cam can provide.

I gotta little question for yas... Do solid rollers require a break-in? Like how hydraulic rollers you don't need to break 'em in...

Don't bother using SA rockers either. They could jump off the valve tip.

Use roller rockers w/ guideplates
