Uh, Neither ?
Considering Neither puts a Load On the Motor, Both Will Use the Same amount. Your Idle RPM is the Same in park as In neutral.

The funniest post I've seen on the boards yet. Notice how when you park a manual car, you apply the emergency brake, and allow the shifter to float in nautral? Does that tell you anything?
