How complette is the edelbrock 3500 EFI kit?

from what i've read it has everything you need. it come with it's own processer,sensers ,and wireing harness.

So I would have to use my original for the lights, gauges and VSS? I thought about gettting a scantool, I guess it would be pointless to get it if I go with this system. Also does anyone know how much better the Holley system is? I know you can use a computer unlike the edelbrock which uses a chip and manual adjustments, is that the difference?
