Car: Take
Engine: Your
Transmission: Pick
Thats what I thought when I ripped out my fuel tank, cut all of my Carb fuel lines out, gutted my dash board to redo the wiring, yanked out the engine wiring harness, and yanked the carb/intake off. Ooops, to late to turn back now!

Stripped eh? About the only thing I can think of is to drill the head off. Once you do that, you can pull the rail up off the leftover piece, and then you should be able to get a better grip and better access to that once the rail is off to remove it.

bbtw you shouldnt need to remove the fuel rail assembly to take the Intake off.

Once the Runners and plenum are off, You can get to all the intake bolts.

I dont know about the stripped bolt, but as for putting everything back together...The first time i took my intake apart I took a couple of pictures with a digital cam, I ended up not really needing them, but it sure does make you feel better knowing you have them, and also i clearly labeled everything!!
