Eliminating Air Injection from Serpentine belt system
I have a 1990 Camaro with a TBI 305 and a serpetine belt system. And I was wondering how I could remove the air injection pump since the Cat is gone all that air stuf is useless. But how do I make up for that missing accessory with the serpentine belt. Ive never had a serp system before. Thanks in advance for any help.

there is a technical article for what you are wanting to do.
however, i've never had a thirdgen with a full serpentine belt system on it, you'd probably want to read the article.
the only vehicle with a serpentine setup i have (1988 chevy s10) doesn't have a smog pump on it.
