Differences between valve seals

I picked up a set of heads that need new oil seals. Should I just get some oem oil seals from NAPA, or get something different? I know there are several different types of seals, but I don't know what the pros and cons of each are. Intake and Exhaust valves use different seals right? Do I need any special tools ( aside from a valve spring compressor to remove the valves) to replace them?

the o ring seals are pretty worthless, but i still like to use them along with the fel pro positive seals. i don't like or use the umbrella type seals.
