which timing chain?
Ive searched alot of the posts and really havent come up with a part number for a CAM that will work on a "factory roller cam" I looked all in Summit and Jegs but when I come across one that I want it says "except for factory roller cams"
Should I just go to GM and get an OEM replacment timing chain?
Thats all I need and then I can start putting my engine back together, I finally got the cam in...

what about the Edelbrock 7800? I did a search and some people are using those but it also say "not for use with factory roller cam motor"

If it's "not for use with factory roller cam motor", then you can't use it in a factory roller cam motor, unless you also change to a non-factory-roller or flat-tappet cam. That's about all there is to that. They're different.
I will not put anything less than the 3100 series Comp set, or their equivalent from some other similar high-quality source, that is built with actual rollers, not bushings that look sort of like rollers, aka "truck chain.
I'm not real big on cheap parts that don't last very long, like those cheeeep chains. They are worse than stock ones. I prefer to get stuff that I can close the hood and just drive for a good long while without having to worry about it.
Don't go to GM. For all I know you might end up with another chinesium gear with plastic teeth, like they put on cars when new, that I've had several of die on me while driving down the road.
