What the crap am I doing???
Okay now, I changed my 89rs TBI to Carb. The picture below (or pictures, I haven't quite decided yet) show all that I have done so far. I changed the manifold to a performer rpm, the carb is a performer series 650cfm with manual choke (yeah i know it's a baby, but hey, I'm building this one for the wife), and the distributor is a HEI. I routed the fuel lines to the regulator: fuel delivery in a port, the return is on the return port, and the charcoal port is outside the engine bay. I changed the starter because i thought it would get rid of my previous starter problems and it didn't. I just need to know what else i have to do to get it started. In my distributor, my red wire from the harness goes to the batt terminal and my white wire goes to tach. The ecm is still in the car (it's going to be a cc carb) and everything else seems to be in order. We checked the firing order a million times because i was paranoid about getting it right. My problem is that the car just won't start. When the key is inserted, the pump primes and the starter enable relay clicks when i turn the key (no the engine mind you, the relay behind the left kick panel) and that's it. I need to know what else i need to wire up to get this beast running. Thanks a heap guys. --Tru

Assuming no one played with the wiring, and it worked before, would seem like either the relay isn't passing voltage or there might be a blown fusable link to the solenoid.
