300-350hp and 20mpg

i have a 283 in my car right now. i want to put in a 350 short block and a bigger cam. i have 041 heads and i'm planning on a cam like a comp magnum 270H and about 9.5:1 compression. i also have shorty headers and a 3" catback.

my trans is a th2004r with a .67 OD and 3.23 rear gears.

do you think this will be good to get about 300-350hp and about 20mpg?

I think your goal would be possible but I can't say what your mpg will be with that carb it will be up to your right foot.
