DD,

Did you happen to flow your LO5 heads prior to taking out the Vane? And did you flow them afterwards as well?

Trying to see if it's worth the effort, or maybe you have the dyno-runs before/after? Along with what you actually did to the heads?

Thanks

Good reading and may just fit with my plans...not for my IROC, buy for the shortblock I have for my '59.

Wouldn't happen to have a link to a DIY flowbench, would you?

I was thinking of using an old turbo I have, driven by an electric motor. I have CFM gauge, only accurate to 10cfm...If I could rig something up and verify against DD's numbers that all was close, I'd spring another C-note for a decent meter.

David Vizard tells you how to make something similar in his book "How to Build and Modify Chevrolet Small-Block V-8 Cylinder Heads".
