240 km/145 mph speedo. Canadian?
I've run across a VERY nice speedo, apparently Canadian. On the inside the speedo numbers go to 145 mph, on the outside to 240 km/h. The tach redlines at 5500. Oil pressure: 0, 200, 400. Battery is 8,13,18. Fuel guage shows a circle with 3/4, 1/2 etc. Temp goes from 40, 105, 125. The odometer shows 12 km, the trip works. Any insight?

Mine too. It's still in the race car. It's filling the hole behind the steering wheel. Nothing behind the rest of the guages. All the wiring has been removed. I can't remember where the odometer stopped at. Something like 145,000 km but that's only a guess.
When the car was street driven it saw the needle hit the 120 mph mark a few times. On the track I only saw 110 before removing the speedo cable.

If it is from a Camaro, DownUnderIroc (DUI aka Jim Campbell) from Australia is looking for one. If it is, send me an e-mail and I will forward it to Jim Campbell to see if he's interested.
And though it is referred to as "Canadian", it is actually "Metric" and installed on the majority of "export cars". Very few countries still use "MPH", other that the US.

Mine is an original 87 350 TPI IROC 145 MPH (metric version) speedo. Complete guage package. Speedo, tach, fuel, volts etc. Make me a good offer. I can always install an aluminum plate over the opening. I've never considered selling it however I have seen similar ones go for over $100 on ebay
