from my own L98 and others i've saw run i'd go with SFC's, air bags, lca relocation brackets, and slicks or drag radials. the L98 makes enough power to run in the 14's the key to running 14.5's is to get it to hook up every time. most L98 cars i've saw don't hook and waste time spinning

read my signature i ran a consistent 14.5 the ither day and rana best of 14.444

What does your car run now? With my 87 (less power and v-belts) with a 2.77:1 rear end, I ran about a 15.0 stock at sea level, so with ur car being newer, with the 3.27s, you should be at least a 14.7. Your best bet after free mods would be a performance tune up, (accel or MSD ignition parts, synthetic oil, rapid fire plugs), then a cat-back and high flow converter, and, if you have an extra $300 or so, a set of TES Headers.

I don't think 14.50's are hard to get for you. Look below for my mods and best time.

You may be faster than you think; just try taking it to the track first. My very first pass after I bought my car was a 14.59 with no mods whatsoever. I was pleasantly surprised since most magazine road tests were posting times in the low 15's/high 14's.

That shouldn't be hard at all. The time in my sig was done with only a K&N and Taylor wires as mods (it was a very cold night though, high 60's). Since then with everything but the headers I've been running consistent 14.4's in Texas heat.
