Removed a/c now have questions

Removed a/c now have questions
The second fan(on the passenger side) kicked on and off for awhile, untill after five minutes it stoped for good, is there a problem now

what'd you do to the wires? just leave them hanging?
I'd wrap them all up individually, IIRC one wire grounds out and
causes the second fan to turn on. that second fan only operates
when the compressor is above 1600kPa (meaning it's operating)
and coolant tempatures are met, etc etc.
with the A/C removed, that fan should never come on, unless
you wire it to do so, via switch or whatever.
