$415 for clutch installation?
I was just wondering if $415 is a normal cost for a clutch installation on an 89 Camaro w/ the stock T-5 in it. Especially you ASE guys that are in the business, is that a normal price since I supplied the disc, pressure plate, and throwout bearing?
Is it also normal to pay $600 for a ring & pinion installation along with changing the third member?
Any help is appreciated, to me those prices just seem a tad high.

Those do seem a bit steep...
A clutch job should take about 4 hours, at $70/hr that's still only $280. The gear swap is roughly similar, $250-300 is a typical fixed price, the hourly comes out about the same.
