Front bumper cover

I just called paddock trying to order the front bumper cover for my GTA (bad run in with a taurus..) and they tried to f*ck me around saying it was oversize ups (18.95) then truck (95.00), then ups. then oh, wait... its truck freight. But anyways, Im just wondering if there is anywhere else to get a repro front bumper cover? I dont want to pay the 300 for a GM one, and I'd prefer not to go through the paddock after the ordeal they just tried to pull.... thanks

hey man i have a similar question. i own a 90formula and i am iterested in getting the front bumper cover off of a 91 or 92. i like the look a lot better and i was wondering if it would bolt right up besides wiring the lights. were can i get this bumper cover and what would it run me? i know i could probably go to a junk yard but i would want to see how much it would be brand new. (even if from gm) any kind of feedback would be appreciated. take care

It's best to pay the money out and get a quality one that will fit. I got mine from GM and it went on perfect while the other lower part was not from GM and it fits like crap.

I'd suggest to go to a local paint supplier and ask, thenones here also order in body parts for the bigger body shops at a good price. example: I ran over my buds mothers new saturn a cpl. years back (w/my '76 suburban on "36's,,oops),, i bought the hood new at saturn for $237,, paint shop I went to could have got it next day for me for like $140. And where they get parts from guarentees a good fit.
GM will rake yoyu for roughly $240 for the nose 85-90 and you don't even want to know about 91-92,,
