BFG Comp T/A 225/60R15 or Radial T/A 235/60R15

I'm going crazy trying to figure out what tires to get for my beast... What do you guys think between those two options, or something else might be better? I've always run Cooper Cobra GTH's, but I seem to wear through them pretty quick.

I have a story about the Radial T/A 235 /60 R15. I can say they are one tough tire.

the story is one day i got a flat rode it on the rim for like a mile to a gas station. fix the tire with a plug. The sidewall has a cut mark from the rim you could see like the tan lining of the tire under the black rubber. Well anyway i drove around with the tire like that for like 3 months and i also spun it up alot.

But if you get the comps why not go 235 /50R15?
they are lower profile..

if you have to choose between those 2 go with 235 Radials

235/50R15? Wouldn't that be a shorter tire? I'm looking for somewhere around stock height, so I don't have to take apart the tailshaft of my tranny. And they don't make a 235/60R15 for the Comp.

There would be less sidewall with 235 50R15. The tire would be just as wide.

why would you have to take the tailshaft off?

for the speedo?

I don't think there would be much difference in speed from those tires.
