I cant too start engine when is hot - when engine is cold problems disappear. I have replace TPS, IAC, ignition wire, spark plug etc. On ALDL scanning all is OK - no SES, no error code, sensors OK ...

Check your fuel pressure.

Greg,
A little more detail might be helpful.
When you attempt to start the engine after it is warm, does the starter crank the engine normally?
Does it crank for an extended period without any firing?
Does the engine start normally after it is allowed to cool, or is there extended cranking?
How long does the engine have to cool to start normally?
Have you tried to start the hot engine while opening the throttle?
Since the ignition system is relatively fresh, I'm thinking that you have excess fuel on startup. This is not a problem after the engien is allowed to cool, and fuel has had a chance to evaporate, but can be a problem on hot restart. Leaking injectors or a leaking fuel pressure regulator could be responsible.

are you still running stock chip or aftermarket??
i had a similar problem a while back... replaced the distributor... then was about to change the TPS etc when i thought that it could possibly be chip/ecm related... i had just before that put in a chip that me and a buddy burned for the car changing just a few things like in gear idle and such... put the stock chip back in and the car ran fine...
if its the stock chip then i would say that vader is probably right

very thanks All for hints...
.... - starter is "like new" ( after regeneration ) and crank engine. I have new battery, new alternator 140A. When I run engine all is OK, but after 15 min I can go more than 1500 RPM, total out of power, work rough and finally go die. When I try run car, starter only crank engine without starting. After 30 min. start normally but after little time go bad again. I would like to go to local US car service but its far away from me. I hook up too notebook with datamaster but I cant see other deviation...

It was most likely the moisture that was causing the problem. As the engine warmed, the moisture would vaporize, then short out the distributor high voltage contacts. The white/gray ash was probably a result of the moisture and ozone created from the arcing at high voltage.
If you cleaned and dried everything, it should work well for you.
I'm not familiar with the climate in Warsaw, but I expect that the humidity is high in the colder months, correct?
Incidentally, your english is quite good. That's fortunate, since probably very few of us speak polish, but I believe there are some other members in your area.
