Water in Oil?? Need your thoughts...
Every so often, I have to add a bit of water to the radiator to bring it back up, and couldn't figure out where it was going. Then I started to notice a light foam on the oil filler cap, and so am suspecting that there is a very light leak in either a head gasket or intake gasket. My question is...Is this a problem that I need to worry constantly about? My oil itself is not showing any signs of water, as I am keeping a close eye on it. I don't drive a lot of miles during the week, and don't go very far. I am not sure what I am really asking for here, just mostly looking for comments and suggestions, thoughts and experiences on the subject. Thanks in advance.

Water in the oil is never a good thing and should be fixed immediatly. Water leaks just get bigger with time as the water errodes more gasket/alumnium from passing by it.
Do a compression test on the engine to make sure the head gaskets are intact. Most water leaks from the manifold into the lifter galley that I have seen were over the #1 cylinder area (front left corner of the manifold).
