Need a good cam and have some questions.
Guys, i have mostly worked with 60's muscle for most of my life, so bare with me. I need to know what cams are compatible with this engine? Do i need to be looking at roller cams? I heard this was a roller block, car is in sig.
Also, name some popular cams for our cars. I will be going with either a vortec heads, superram set up or trick flow head lti set up.
It's the first time it dawned on me that this car would call for a roller cam, so please help me out.

I'm getting a comp cams XR274 it make nice low-end torque and pretty good horsepower. Try one of these comp extreme energy rollers.

Lots of people love to go with the lT1 roller or the lt4 cam. Vader posted a spec sheet in this post here What power band are you looking for??
