Cam install and degreeing?

I would like to degree my cam I just bought. How hard is it? I'm a little worried about screwing things up and costing myself serious HP. Comp cams just tells you to buy their video. Will I be ok w/o degreeing it, or should I buy the kit w/ the video and spend the extra time and money? Thanks in advance.

Comp grinds 4* advanve into their cams, so when you go straight up you have that advance already there. by degreeing the cam, you can verify Comp's 4* advance, or set it retarted or advance to your specs.

look in a comp or lunati catalog, or their sites and it'll explaine everything to you ,with pics too. it's not hard to degree a cam and is good insurance against someone messing up when it was ground.
