Condensation in fuel
What is incorporated into a service station fuel tank to prevent condensation or deposits into a car fuel tank. The reason I ask is that I use premium in my GTA which I just brought out of strorage. Seeings how not many people use premium especially with gas prices on the rise, it makes me wonder if a pump doesn't get used to often then what is getting pumped into my tank. Or are there filters or something built into service station fuel pumps, that keep this stuff out of vehicle fuel tanks?
Thanks
Thanks

Since the fuel tanks at gas stations are closed from the environment, I don't think any condensation can form inside of them. I'm almost positive they use some form of filters, but they wouldn't keep water from being pumped through if it was present.

Thanks dude I was just curious. I figured if pump was used on an infrequent basis, it might collect condensation inside the underground tank. I'll probably pump a little on the ground before putting it in my tank, that's about all I can think of.
