Cam Selection Help Please!

Cam Selection Help Please!
I've got an '82 Chev 350 block, bored .040 over, forged internals, with Vortech heads, 1.5 Rockers and Aftermarket Valve Springs (not sure which ones, but they are dual coil like Comp 914's). I am looking for a cam, but I understand there is an issue with lift on these Vortech heads. Summit has a couple of Cam/Lifter kits that look nice, particulary for my application, but I need some guidance. I'd like to get as agressive as I can without over-doing the lift on these heads, so I need some input.
These are the cams I'm looking at:
SUM-K1102 262/272Dur 438/442Lift 112LSA
or
SUM-K1103 272/282Dur 442/465Lift 112LSA
or
SUM-K1104 282/282Dur 465/465Lift 114LSA
So the bottom line is, how much lift can I put on these heads? How much will they handle? Which of these cams would you go for, or can I get more agressive with these heads? Thanks!

What induction are you running?
The Vortec springs are the weak link. You should be okay with any of those cams (as long as there is no computer to get confused).

With Vortec heads there is no need for a dual pattern cam, as the exhaust port is good. I'd go for the .465 cam.

if your going for cheap, go with the .465 cam. btw, it's vortec, not vortech. vortech makes superchargers.

if you haven't had the valve guides cut i'd try to stay below .470, but that depends. as for the cam selection, is this an auto or manual car? what gear? what converter if auto? and what is estimated car weight? also which intake you using?

I don't know the exact specs of his cam but a buddy of mine has I'm not kiding almost the same car as you that I can tell. I would get better valve springs so you are aware of what they aere and what they do..personally. He is running 526 lift. So I think you have a little more to work with than you think.
