Do I need stud girdles

I have stud girdles on my 400, I am thinking now I probably dont need them.
1. I am not goint to rev the engine over 6000 rpms
2. Arp 3/8 studs

I might because I am running .537 and .540 lift cam. Or does cam size matter. Comp extreme 284 and 1.6 roller rockers.
