tbi help
ok im in the process of building a semi copy of the ZZ430,for my car and i want to use the tbi...instead of the fast burn with the 210 cc intake runners ill be useing the regular votec heads with 170cc runners, ill be useing the hot cam,and prolly a sinlge plain intake,if not ill be useing a rpm air gap,i've got the 670 holley unit,im shooting for around 9.8 compression,i was wondering if anyone else has used this combo, according to dyno 2000 it pushes 390hp@5000 and 459ft lbs @3500.with traction and a alot of praying im hopeing to dip into the 12's!!....anyinfo as far as the PROM goes...like who can burn a prom for this or if you all think im crazy for trying this combo.....im just sick of ppl thinking tbi is slow and im waiting to line up to a few ppl around here in the rustangs that their parets bought them and show them some good ol chevy tail lights..............

Car: 89 RS 355/ 89 IROC Convert
Engine: Hot Cam 355/TPI 305
Transmission: All 700r4's
Vortec heads must have the valve guides ground for clearance. They will only accept .460 lift. I am running a 350 with Vortec and LT-4 cam with the holley 670 and I believe to be running 330 to 350 hp has a great idle and very driveable. They told me the hot cam will not compat very well (SDPC) however I do not believe it with a custom prom I think it would be a hot motor.
