TBI Injectors cut out intermittently
Have searched extensively and found many posts on rough idle, etc, but nothing that mathces my problem. Appreciate any suggestions on what components to check.
Car was running fine, turned it off, 5 min later would not start. Pulled air cleaner off-no fuel coming from injectors. Poured small amount of gas in throttle body and had friend start it while pumping gas pedal. Engine started and injectors spayed momentarily but then stopped spraying and car died. can keep it running for a few seconds by aggressively revving, but injectors eventually stopped spraying. The next day the car started. Had to crank it a lot but that may have been becuase it was about 15 degrees out. now it is intermittent. Sometimes will start, sometimes won't. When it did not start yesterday the injectors were again not spraying.
I don't know much about trouble shooting but I'm thinking it must be a problem with the injectors, or one of the components that controls fuel flow. I think the fuel pump is fine. Can hear it running with key on.
I see references to checking IAC, TPS, Fuel Pressure Regulator and a few others but don't know which could cause such a problem. Also wondering if it could be vaccum controlled. Thanks for any help!

Re: TBI Injectors cut out intermittently
I do have spark. It starts when I pour gas into the TB, and I can visually see the injectors stop spraying completely when it dies. Thanks for reply.

Re: TBI Injectors cut out intermittently
Anyway to know if it is the ECM other than just trying another ECM and seeing if it runs better?
