Setup suggestions 1 3/8 to 2" TBI Swap
I'm looking for suggestions on initial setup for swapping out my stock 1 3/8" TBI setup to a 2" TBI setup from a GM truck. The vehicle is a 93 Chevy truck w/ 5.7 4l60. 16168625 E6 Ecm.
The current setup with the stock 1 3/8" TBI idles around 63 MAP. The motor made 450 hp when carbureted so you can see that the stock induction is severely limiting its potential.
I'm guessing a good starting point would be to set the throttle blades first then try to get an IAC count of around ten for an initial idle?
I've never done this type of swap and my current setup runs pretty good....which took about 300 burns to get right.
I'm looking for some suggestions from others that may have done this swap.
