no fuel delivery but i hear the pump noise in the tank!
i hear the pump making a noise on my 89 camaro rs, i took out the fuel filter to see if i had delivery without the filter,and i do not.i hear the pump still no fuel....please help...i just did a vats bypass also.

Sounds like the rubber hose that connects the pump to the steel line inside your tank has deteriorated. You could get the hose itself for around $1, but considering what you have to go through to get to it, may as well put a new pump in while you're in there.

well the pump could make a noise and not be pumping. not too likely. it is also possible that the hose between the sending unit and pump was previously replaced with insufficient hose or installed wrong. or deteoriated.
it is also possible their is no gas in tank. are you sure their is gas? i dont care what the gauge says are you sure their is gas?
