Re: CFI flow rate

no, not 55. I believe one is rated at 62 and the other is at 64. The flow rate is staggered due to the fact that fuel is routed thru one TB to the other. I believe drivers side is higher number. Not exactly sure of rates, but I know it is low to mid 60s.

SORRY THAT'S FOR THE 350. Misread engine size. Not sure if 305 had staggered flow rates.

Re: CFI flow rate

Will 305 TBI injectors work for a CFI 82 Z28 305? The injectors look the same and the Hp rating is around 165 CFI to 175 Tbi but if it's staggered, will it make a difference? If not, i will just throw an intake and carb on it and be done.

The flow rate is staggered due to the fact that fuel is routed thru one TB to the other.
stock is plumbed in series. some of us plumbed in parallel. that would allow matched in size.

I am pretty sure this is the case for both CF engines. I would contact FIC injectors and ask what they offer or advice.

Having 2 TBI injectors of same size is not ideal but will get you down the road.
