HEY EVERYONE!

I wanted to say hello and tell you a little bit about our company. I am the owner of Injectors Plus. I have been a member here for a bit, did a lot of trolling, and decided this was a forum I wanted to be involved in, so I purchased a sponsorship.

We provide complete fuel systems from fuel cell to intake manifold. We own our own cars and enjoy wrenching on them as much as we can, as time dictates.

If you're doing an LSX swap, we are expert in LSX motors. We have been working on TPI and TBI motors for a long time. Our shop is in northern NJ but we sell nationally and internationally.

We bring to the table service, knowledge, and experience I would say almost unmatched in the fuel delivery industry. I have on speed dial the CEOs for major corporations and world famous engine builders in the performance space, and they know who I am. If you need help with heads, cams, or something we don't carry, we'd be glad to work through the business to help you out.

Now, I will stipulate that we will not be the CHEAPEST place in the market, however, we offer top notch support. We have in depth knowledge, experience, and insight. We hope that our future contributions here will help earn your respect and hope we are worth a few extra bucks. We won't just show up and say "buy our junk"....we will be active and involved.

Our rebuilt injectors carry a LIFETIME warrantee. We hand pick only the best parts and you won't see anything come out of our shop that looks like garbage. We stand behind everything we do.

Our past has been in the drag racing environment where many of our customers are running 2000-3000 HP cars. The products we carry are respected, top of the line such as Areomotive, Marcella, Fast, XRP. We can help you spec a fuel system from end to end and provide the parts and knowledge to get it done.

One of our key niche's is developing CUSTOM fuel injectors. We do custom sets for the LS1. We have taken a Polaris Razor from 55HP to 240 HP. I do work for a well known race team in the PWC space. They OEM our products. And finally we do a lot of forced air work for a well known Harley shop in the mid west that builds 200-400HP bikes. So customization and off the wall applications are our strong suit. If it doesn't exist, we can make it.

For the TBI guys, I'm doing a skunk works project now.... If it works, we'll have a one of a kind product in that niche.

We have developed a great reputation on a number of forums. Our endorsements from customers are neither bought, shills, or relatives. You can trust what people say about us.

I look forward to working with everyone here, and if there is ANYTHING I can do, even if I can't sell you something, you let me know.

Regards,

John

Yes, John's stuff is top notch.

As the TBI goes, I should have an idea before the end of the week.

I am working with a manifold manufacturer who is making a new CFI manifold. Problem is, he can't get injectors to make any real power that his manifold is capable of.

I destroyed 6 injectors today experimenting, I HOPE by the end of the week, I'll have a very unique solution for the TBI crowd.....stay tuned!!

how much power are they pushing with that thing! most of the guys on here run an L98 fuel pump and up the pressure with good results.

Recent testing with the intake took a car down into the high 11s, from mid 12s. So figure they picked up .5 second. NOT BAD.

The fuel PUMP isn't the problem. The fuel pressure is. We sell a disk that can go in the regulator get you up to about 90lbs.

But that isn't enough.

The real trick is to get 100lbs or better, on 22PSI or less.

That is what where it's at...

Should know if this is even possible in a day or two. We're optimistic, cautiously.

why 22 psi? I thought higher pressure atomized the fuel better?

NO! In fact pressure can work against you based on your complete setup.

Many of my customers run big motors so they run high fuel pressures when a 220 lb injector isn't enough.

What happens is higher pressure can cause pintle vibration in many injectors causing them to leak.

This happened to a recent customer recently who put a turbo on an Impala. Nice car. Rather than go to bigger injectors he pushed up his fuel pressure, resulting in a failed injector and a melted piston.

Injectors atomize the same way under 50lbs of pressure, as they do under 90 lbs of pressure. So the question is, why compensate with fuel pressure when you can do it safely with bigger injectors?

Pushing your equipment to the brink, is not a good practice. Better to run bigger at less pressure.

Re: HEY EVERYONE!

Ok, so how about some injectors that will work well with E-90 on the dragstrip in a 500 + cube engine??? I'm already spoiled on fuel injection in street cars and would love to switch over to EFI on the dragstrip. BTW, sponsorship considerations mandate Ethanol instead of race gas, besides it's about 1/3 the price!!!

NO big deal...done. What's your setup. MOST of my customers are drag race guys, a good portion of my business this year are 220LB and 160s, typically more than one per cyl.

So whatever you need.

Do you want to do a FULL CONVERSION from carb to FI? We do that too. We can design and handle everything from the pump to the injector.

You'll have to work with us to tell us what fittings you'll need.

Let me know what you want to do, and we'll do it. Nothing unusual here.

I have a great little ECU you can run too depending on what your motor does. If it's a coil over plug, we can go with the new holley or FAST. If it's a distributor based motor, we can do something else.

Let me know the scope of work and we'll figure it out.
