350 tbi swap blown fuse

Engine: 350 tbi with EBL
Transmission: t56!
Axle/Gears: 2.733
350 tbi swap blown fuse
so i did the 350 swap and my gauges fuse keeps burning up first it was when i turned on the air(i hav no AC) and then it starting burning when i connected my laptop to the cars ebl. now it just burns when turning on the ignition. is there a ground that i might hav missed or a wire that i should look into? any ideas

Does the gauge fuse also power the cigar lighter? If it does I've had problems with the lighter socket. The actual lighter portion has resided in the console for years due to this. As it will blow the fuse from shorting out the socket.
Others here have also had issues with the lighter socket doing the same thing.

i never had a cap for the cig lighter and i decided to disconnected ac wires (cause i have no ac) and now the fuse last a little longer like a 10-15 min drive
