This all started about a year ago when i lost the keys to the car. long story short, the car sat for about a year, i installed a new ignition cylinder, had the vats interrogated and cut the new key for it. With the key turned on the security light does not come on, the fuel pump is coming on, i have 11.8 volts on both sides of the injectors, and the starter is turning over. the solenoid is on a push button though. any thoughts to what it could be?

 

ok, got the car running, ended up being a bad ICM, but now the car us running rough and seems to have a vibration, could the timing be way off?

 

its possible. did you use dielectric grease under the ICM when installing it and sure the bolts holding on are tight? it generates heat quickly and deffinately needs the lube under it.
