Re: TBI?
Interesting. Do you have a plan on how to field the huge amount of the torque you'll make?
The injectors at least, but I think even they would struggle to feed a blown SBC. That is, the answer to this vastly depends on the amount of power you plan to make.
The throttle maybe, but certainly not the injectors.
Clearly.
You have much to read young padawon, good luck.

Re: TBI?
define not much
I don't recommend forced induction for playing, but hey, it's your car.
You have to answer question 1 before you can even attempt to intelligently answer this.

Also I heard from a few guys on here one being Fast305? which had a 420hp/tq 305tbi in which he says the 305 tbi is not at all friendly with forced induction. You'll be doing lots and lots of tuning, because of the tbi setup and it not being as accurate as fuel injection like the tpi.

Re: TBI?
running the fuel map for the boost would be a PITA because youre running 2 cone injectors feeding 8 cylinders, whereas TPI you have 1 injector for each cyliner, with the TBI being blown youd have to have the ecm kick out extra fuel to the cylinders to accomodate the boost but again, with toilet bowl injection you run into fueling problems, we have retarded smart carberueators(oxymoron i know but its true) we have all the disadvantages of a carb, i.e fuel puddling.....
youd be better off finding an alternative intake, run an aftermarket setup or a TPI if you want to run a turbo and for that matter you probably wanna run a S/C, not because i dont believe we shouldnt turbo thirdgens but for the past few years ive been around its like the guys with turbos dont want to give up their secrets.....

Re: TBI?
Blower can be resold later or moved to another car. Turbo has the exhaust mod expense unless you are a DIY and can weld. N02 is most cost effective.
EBL-ECU supports all three power adder options. I am adding N02 in spring. "Hopefully" NOS can help me calc jet(1) as I run 19.5 lbs FP with 80 lbs injs.

Re: TBI?
Yes, a year or so ago I wanted to do this (doing research). I called STS and well, clearance will be a HUGE problem. It CAN be done, but just look at longtube setups on these cars which don't require 1 more additional pipe from the rear to the front. Only routing area would be the outer rails in which no SFC's for you.
Your best bet is an engine mounted turbo. Or something like what Wynjammer has for us...but turbo.
