air charger
would a hypertech air charger work for TBI or is it only for TPI? and would it be a noticeable help?

No, its only for the TPI throttle bodies. Also, the effect is minimal. Only a small increase in airflow.

i dont have tpi but i was just curious. whats an air charger? is it the same thing as an air foil?

It's for TBI, not TPI.
I noticed a 1.36 mpg (or 15.5%) gain when I installed a homemade PowerCharger on my cube van. Total cost was 3 dollars and about 2 hours of time.
