Well now that I got my gears, posi, exhaust all done, I'm planning on doing a cam, intake, heads swap sometime within the next 6 months.. I don't want to spend over $1500 total on all the mentioned above... What would be the best setup?

LT1 cam, Edelbrock Vortec intake, Vortec heads, 1.6 roller rockers
or
lt1 cam, Edelbrock Performer intake, S/R tourqer heads, 1.6 roller rockers..

The vortecs are a little cheaper and I could probly use some ignition upgrades if i go with them, but the tourqers wouldn't have to be milled like the vortecs would... What do you guys think???

Thats a nice offer but I don't plan on buying anything until I have the money.. I just spent $1500 last week and my car funding account is all out of cash now... I'm just posting this so I can plan out how much to save up and what to get. Thanks though.
