89 Camaro VS. 2001 Monte carlo SS?

I have a 89 camaro 305TBI with minor mods such as open air filter element, Jet chip stage 2, flowmaster exhaust, dynomax superflow cat. Would this beat my girlfriends moms 2001 Monte Carlo SS?

------------------
'89 RS camaro: 305 TBI, 700R4. Upgrades: Edelebrock proflow air filter open element, Dynomax Superflow cat, Stage 2 Jet performance chip. 160 thermostat. New paint job.

this will end up on the race board but, the Monte SS has the same engine as the mid '95+ v6 4thgens. 200HP 3.8L. If you find the weight of the Monte out and of the weight of the 4thgen v6 you should be able to make your conclusion.
