New Holley 670 cfm TBI, right one???

I recently ordered my Holley 670 cfm TB from summit. When I recieved it, it said that it is for a 87-89 GM truck. Will it work in place of my old TB. It has 2" bore, so will I have to make mine bigger???? Please anyone who has done this let me know. Also the part # is 502-6

Car: 1991 Camaro RS
Engine: GMPP 350 HO w/TBI
Transmission: 700R-4
Axle/Gears: 10-bolt w/3.73s
i also got the 502-6 and it works great on my '91. Just be careful wiring it up, and have fun bending the fuel lines to fit into it right.

You need to use the thick gasket supplied with it or else the butterflys won't open on the stock manifold. I hope you are running a 350 motor or your going to have too much fuel coming out for the stock 305 to handle. The stock intake is crap and you should go ahead and replace it with the TB. If you do have the stock intake the fuel lines will not have to be modified. The aftermarket intakes is where that comes into play such as the Holley Projection intake.

There has also been an argument on the size injectors the Holley comes with. When I bought mine it had 80 lb/hr injectors and not the 65 lb/hr. I was running way too rich and even turning the fuel pressure down all the way I was still fouling plugs. I called Holley and they shipped the replacement injectors too me and I sent them the 80# back. The fuel pressure screw is in the top of the regulator pod. It is covered with a small piece of gray/black metal tab that you have to knock out by using a small nail to punch a hole through it then pry the tab out. See Picture..

If you have an 88-89 car there is no wiring problems other than splicing the new injector wires into the factory harness and I believe the color coding is wrong so remember which factory wires go to the left and right injector....don't think it matters if you get it wrong though. The throttle linkage will have to be modified slightly to accept the factory cables for our cars as it is setup for a truck cable assembly. See (old and ugly) picture...
