ok actually i can add to my question... what i really need is a way to run the stock fuel lines to an external fuel pressure regulator. either by way of AN, or rubber lines... rubber lines are fine with me I just didnt know if they could take the pressure of the fuel pump... I have a good high performance fuel pump.

The hard lines on the chassis are 16mmx1.5 and 14mmx1.5 with an O-Ring seal.
The two adaptors you need are:
http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...tt=EAR-9894DBJ
http://store.summitracing.com/defaul...tt=EAR-9894DBH
Somewhere around here I have a list of all the adaptors I used when I converted mine to braided line and AN fittings, I'll either have to dig up my invoice for part numbers, or find a post where I list them all.
EDIT:
I'll also add, when I ordered my fittings, I had a heck of a time getting those parts from summit, as some of the fittings to adapt our lines are not very common.
I would HIGHLY recommend aedmotorsport.com for any plumbing needs you have. They were very easy to work with, and went out of their way to get me the 16mmx1.5 adaptor in time for me to make it to an event I was planning on attending (This was after it was supposed to have shipped from summit 3 times, and had been back ordered for 3 months.)

Those attach to the hard line coming off a camaro. It has a femail metric with an O-ring.
I do not know what the body lines on a caprice are, you will have to check those for yourself.
You will also need the peices to fit the TBI unit, I'll get those part numbers when I get a chance to dig them up.

Z28 Boy did something similar to what you are wanting to do, he listed all the part numbers and parts he used on his website:

i used aeroquip AN fittings and their push fit style. they have a specific GM TB inlet/outlet AN fitting. also used their EFI rated rubber(sort of) push fit hose with AN compression fittings(no hose clamps(!) on original steel line. this is great stuff to work with and reusable if needed to modify later. old GM fittings were cut off at TBI. Aeromotive FPR and FP gauge into that unit. i have part # at home. unfortunately kind of pricey.
