What backup fuel and spark? Is there some function I am unaware of, say a second set of spark plugs or a second distributor?
As for the fuel, the only backup there would be the oil pressure switch. If the relay fails, and there's 4 psi of oil pressure, the switch will power the pump.

There is the redundant fuel device. Little chip with some resisters in it next to the prom along with some other junk in the computer that controls the fueling if the processor or prom fails. There isnt any backup spark. If the computer quits then all you have is the base time plus a little advance with increasing rpms thats added in by the module on its on.
