oh also with those mods and an lt1 cam you will be pushing 600 hp... but only if you get a big chevy sticker and put it in the rear window like mine!!!!! it works real good!!!
also i noticed you had "long tube" headers. i only know of 1 person around here with longs and he has custon side pipes he also scraps them of the road all the time!!! most people i know put shorties on there???

so what hp gain will the cam give me 20-40 hp?well yes the long give you much better power then shorties but i only scrape on high speed bumps thats it if you have a stock height camaro or firebird get them much more power then shorties and about my stage 2 chip my timing is at 0 degrees and my car runs like a cadi

please tell me how much hp will i get from the cam swap. now i clear it by bending in alot of diffrent way a piep under the tranny croosmember

dude i have no idea how much hp you will get!!! it depends on alot of stuff... if you have an older engine that needs new rings, or if you have alot of carbon build up. take it to a dyno and find out... i wish someone could tell me how much i have with my mods but it is impossible. especialy if you go by the manufacturers claims... put it this way.
i had a 1990 300zx from the factory it has 222 hp and 190 ftlbs. torque. i had a stillen pop charger intake, jim wolfe chip, asp aluminum pulley, stillen exhaust.headers according to the upgrade chart from sgp racing i would have around 262 rwhp.
my car dynoed at 211 rwhp and 199 ftlbs so you can't always just say the intake adds 20 the exhaust adds 15, the chip adds 20 and the aluminum pulleys add 25. if you add all those you would have 85 hp added to your 170 hp tbi so you would have a 255 hp 305 tbi . just do the mods that will work together so you have a synergistic effect. if you have a crappy intake you could have the biggest exhaust in the world and it ain't gonna do squat!! or vice versa, do the mods that will work well together then go spend 40 to 100 bucks and get it dynoed, also some of those places can tune your car with the dyno... you may not be running the best timming for the car, they can fix that!!
i had a buddy with a twinturbo 300zx that went from 340hp on the dyno to 357 just by setting the timming right . i put my cam in and when i set the timing i forgot to unplug the electronic advance and i set the timing to what i thought was 8 degrees, well it was more like -4 when i finally checked it the right way. now it is set to 10 *. it pulls super hard!!!

well im gonna find out were is ther a dyno shop down here in florida and when im done with everything im gonna go dyno it but with the heads cam and manifold i say i run atleast a 14.5 with the rest of my mods right oh thats 3.42 gears also

The guy I got my 1.6 roller tipped comp cam magnum rockers (1418-16) from just sent me and email saying he had some more. I paid something like 80 bucks for them new and they usually go for $180. If interested shoot him an email and offer. His email is
