Well guys I'm getting very frustrated w/ making this win aldl cable. I would really like to get one to work but I must suck cuz it wont work for me. If anyone could sell me one that actually works I would appreciate it.

Is this what you are trying to make:

I haven't made it yet, but am planning on doing it this weekend. And can maybe help as I try.

Make sure you have heatsink pliers between your soldering and the transistors/resistors when you are patching it together, else you'll probably fry them unless you are really quick about it. That was one of my many mistakes. Flux. I can't stress how important it is to flux before you solder if you want it to stick. I prefer to use the paste (like plumbers use). Oatey No.95 Lead Free Tinning Flux has allways worked best for me. You can find it in the plumbing stuff at Wal*Mart.

Try it without R3...... and for a TBI car you don't need R4
Make sure you have the right pins for the transisitor, not all of them have the same pinouts
Use WinALDL, most other apps won't work with that interface
