ah yes the 350HO, correct? many people are running - first that comes to mind w/o a doubt though is jprevost.....
how many modifications it takes depends on what you do. the engine will drop right in and bolt right in. accessories will bolt right on. it will require a vortec intake..... search for much more information

Yea all your current mods will be fine. You'll need, like Broady said, a Vortec manifold and then you'll need a chip burned for all the mods.

Physically yes you can use the stock chip. However, it will run like junk. The motor is so radically different in every way shape and form compared to the L03 that it's going to feel like something is wrong mechanically. You'll end up pulling your hair out trying to get either a half-way decent idle, no backfire, or detonation. If you're going to use the stock eprom, set your base timing up to like 10, try and get away with the least amount of timing without having the car feel like a carb at idle. I would also avoid any and all WOT runs until the motor is broken in (500 miles) and even then, before the 500 miles is up you should consider investing in the $100 for burning equipment. Then you can take that 305 chip, erase, reburn an ANLU 350 image onto it, disable the EGR, and set idle a little higher. Depending on which TB you use, you might also want to set the IAC steps vs coolant down by like a third of the original table. Then bring in the timing faster so it's more steep and total timing should be all the way in by like 2400rpm (under WOT = 100kpa). Really though, I wouldn't run a stock 305 eprom unless you spend the money on a vac.AFPR which can hide a lot of problems by just dumping in more fuel.

Thanks for all the Info....
I will try to learn how to start burning my own chip first before I jump into new 350 motor... Besides my engine still runs fine
Again thanks
