Is there anything I need to know about putting a 330hp vortec motor in my friends 89 formula 305 tbi. I have purchased a gm performance parts vortec intake, and plan to upgrade to 90# holley injectors. Will be using a drop base aircleaner with a 3 inch element. As for exhaust- Hooker coated headers into a 3inch cat to flowmaster american thunder exhaust. I will be also rebuilding the 700r4 with a tci kit from jegs and a 2000 tci sizzler stall converter. After reading some posts, I am not sure if the motor will run good without changing the chip or some things like knock sensors or the esc module. Also I will be putting a new Delco fuel pump in the tank. Is there anything I am forgetting? I am starting this next week-hopefully. Looking forward to your input. Thaanks, Mark
