Rough idle when started Warm...
I have a '89 Formula with Tbi.
If I drive the car and then parkit and then start it after 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes the car idles irratically, then stalhs out. It does not help to try and save it from stahling by giving it gas. If I start it cold or really hot, It starts fine.
Any diagnosis would be appriciated.

check the egr valve...that might be it. what u do is reach underneath is and push the diaphragm up when the car is running. if it dies out then it should be ok...if it runs lke it did before then change the valve.

Next time it happens, pull your air cleaner and check your injectors spray paterns with a flashlight. A hot sticking injector will throw your idle into fits. You should see two perfect inverted cones of fuel being sprayed.
Is your fuel filter good? Water in your filter can cause a stumble at idle.
With a flash light check all your vacuum hoses. Over time they get brittle and crack. Even if they look ok give 'em a squeez. I have(over time) replaced all my vacuum lines on my "89 Bird.

Three words:
Check Fuel Pressure
You probably have a clogged filter or a bad fuel pump.
