There is a tech article on how to make a dual snorkel air cleaner. I belive the person who wrote it said that they were almost .5 faster in the quarter because of it. Good Luck

y'know - i'm curious - my dad has a 1984 Mustang he's working on and its got a really trick dual snorkle filter on it - has anyone ever tried fitting a ford unit on a chevy? They're far more common as far as i understand and are a LOT better flowing judging from the looks of the openings.

Bill91rs,
I wash it down with a power washer and some simple green about once every two months or so.
Knoxbonnie,
Yes, I am a volunteer fan. Grew up in east TN and moved out to Arizona about 20 years ago. Love the Big Orange.

I got mine on the internet for about $120. I then took it to a plating shop for chroming. Chroming was $85. The snorkels and duct work I got from the local Chevy dealer for about $65.
