Rear control arm bushing question...

So I'm working nights this weekend and to help pass the time, I figure I'll bring in those stock rear control arms and tinker with them a bit. I have access to all sorts of stuff...welders, presses, drill presses, etc. I thought I'd remove the old cracked rubber bushings and make room for new poly ones. Now here's my question... Do I remove just the rubber and the sleeve in the middle of the sleeve of the bushing or do I have to press out the sleeve as well? I'm not sure what the new ES ones look like or if they come with new shells so I really don't know. I know the front control arm bushings come with the shells, but do the rear also?

Here are a few great pics from Steves ZZ5:

Do I need to remove the shell like his right one?

Thanks all...and yes, I am that bored.

Yes the rears do come with shells. You will have to use an air chisel to remove the old ones and then you can press in the new ones. Since you have access to all sorts of tools you may want to think about boxing the control arms while your at it. If you decided to weld on them you may want to do it before you put the rubber in, it may cause it to melt.
