Rear end moving back towards quarter panel
I have a 84 Camaro z28 and. The car is a dollar right now but the rear end is not aligning with the wheel well it from the front of the quarter panel to center of wheel is 5 inches but from rear bumper to center of wheel is 3 inches. How do you adjust that with stock control arms

Re: Rear end moving back towards quarter panel
Chassis should be square, and axle situated square to the chassis (control arm mounting points) if you want the car to drive well. The optics of where tire sits in wheel arch is less important.
Key dimensions of body are on page 1707 of the 1988 Firebird service manual found in this thread, https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tech...ce-manual.html

If yes, when the proper weight isn't being applied to the suspension, all kinds of weird things may be seen.........
